ACI Dealing Certificate and Diploma
For those new to or wanting to move into dealing/trading activities an excellent preparation is provided by the ACI Dealing Certificate. The ACI Dealing Certificate is a foundation program that allows candidates to acquire a working knowledge of the structure and operation of the major foreign exchange and money markets, including the ability to apply the fundamental mathematics used in these markets, and their core products (cash, forwards and derivatives), and the basic skills required for competent participation, including the ability to apply the fundamental mathematics used in these markets. Candidates should also be able to apply The Model Code to their situation.
The course is designed for the following groups:
- New entrants and junior dealers (0-18 Month’s Experience) in the dealing room
- Middle office and operations personnel
- Auditors and compliance officers
How can I study for the exam?
Classroom Training Course
Risk Manager has been delivering instructor based courses covering the ACI Dealing Certificate for over 10 years. We offer a classroom training course which spans over 5 days, this takes place 2 or 3 times a year at a central London location. The course is designed to prepare you to sit and pass the exam with a full mock exam and review sessions inlcuded. After our most recent course attendees got at least a Merit on the actual examination. A full outline of the course's structure can be seen here.

Online E-learning Course
We also have a first rate online e-learning course covering all of the material needed to enable you to pass the examination. This course is a 12 month subscription allowing you to study at your own pace and additional mock exams can be purchased to prepare you for the official exam. Where can I sit the ACI exam?
The ACI Dealing Certificate with Prometric (Code 3I0-008) is a precursor to the ACI Diploma. The price for taking the examination is currently 250 € plus local VAT.
